Hello bro
i am using samsung Galaxy J5 from Last 14 months. from last 6-7 month i notice that when ever i play any video from Gallary video Pic not display but audio comes . i restart my phone . after restart phone video and audio both comes. but after 3-4 days same problem continues(Audio comes but video not display) .i install VX player from play store and same problem was there.then i uninstall VX player. if any video play direct from Whatsapp then video display successfully. if play from Gallary then problem comes.currently i did not install any separate video player from play store. i am using default player (provide by Samsung Mobile)
Kindly give solution

FYI, mine was fixed w/ the last SGS3 T-Mobile update that added the multi-window feature.
Samsung told me to try it on another device (tried another friend's S3) and it didn't work there as well and I called in and let them know about it but that didn't seem to do anything either.
My problem was purely w/ the Samsung Media Hub which is a crappy app anyways. Youtube and videos on the SD card worked fine.
You can also downlaod VLC player ,it will work fine
