BSNL should be privatised ASAP

BSNL mobile services has been a nightmare. They dont know what happens to customers' accounts and how the mobile balance gets deducted automatically, suspiciously. BSNL call center people are more pathetic. Sometimes they behave as if they are talking to some roadside beggers. Seems there is no supervision and no performance check for BSNL employees. Unless privatised immediately, nothing can save BSNL.

BSNL can be only reachable by its network else..other services are not reachable for their customers........privatization will be a good option and can help BSNl reachable in all sense.

Recently BSNL had some dispute with other service providers in some state and it blocked all incoming and outgoing calls to other providers. Plus all those BSNL "babu"s never think about improving the service as it doesnt affect their salaries. Privatization will bring performance-based recognition and will end this bloody "babu"ness of BSNL authorities.
